Pricing and Payment

We are proud to say that we pay our cleaners a living wage. Tipping your cleaner is not required nor is it expected. If you feel that your cleaner has gone above and beyond the call of duty and you'd like to tip him or her, feel free to do so.

We accept all major credit cards.

Your Appointment

If you have a preference for a cleaner, please let our head office know. While we can't guarantee that this particular cleaner will be available for each visit, we'll do our best to schedule this person to clean your property when he or she is available.

No, you are not required to be present for your scheduled cleaning. You'll simply have to provide us with a copy of your house key.

Warranty

Yes, we absolutely do! We are proud of the quality of the work that we delivery and are certain that you'll be happy with it. If you feel that our work has been completed in an unsatisfactory manner, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

If, after your scheduled cleaning, you notice that something has been damaged and you suspect that one of our cleaners may be at fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

No, all cleaning supplies that are required to clean your property will be provided by us.

Yes, all of our employees are bonded. In addition, we carry one million dollars of general liability insurance, which covers us for such things as accidental damage, fire, and theft.
