Compensation and Benefits
As a member of our team, you can look forward to the following compensation as a cleaner:
- Independent Contractors receive a percentage of each job completed.
Individuals interested in a cleaner position should possess the following qualifications:
- Grade 12 education or higher
- In good physical shape with the ability to lift 25 lbs and engage in repetitive motions for an extended period of time
- Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment (eg. vacuum cleaner)
- Fluency in English and good communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to learn from managers and more experienced team members
- An understanding of how to handle, dispose of, and use cleaning chemicals
- Self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
